WE CAN! Food Drive for the Blessings Resource Center
WE CAN! So Bring More than One… to the 5th Annual Jason Hicks Memorial 5k Run Saturday, May 23, beginning and ending at the Pageland Community Center.
Runners and Spectators (and all First Steps supporters) are encouraged to bring a can (or more) of food to the Jason Hicks Memorial 5k Run to donate to the WE CAN! Food Drive for the Blessings Resource Center food bank.
Chesterfield County First Steps is honored to be associated with the Jason Hicks Memorial Scholarship Fund. This year, The Jason Hicks Memorial 5k Run, has graciously welcomed Blessings Resource Center into this extraordinary community event.
Please come out to support the Jason Hicks Memorial Scholarship Fund and help BRC feed hungry families. All proceeds from the Run go directly to fund a college scholarship for a graduating senior from Central High School. All food donations will be distributed by BRC to needy families in the Pageland/Jefferson area.
For a delightful and most worthy family Saturday, join your neighbors, friends and visitors to Pageland at the Community Center for the beginning and end of the race and a host of family friendly festivities!
